General Information
Punctuality:
Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment to allow for enough time
to check-in and to fill out the appropriate forms in our day spa in Davenport
and Champions Gate, Florida. If you choose to use the facilities before your
treatment, please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your appointment.
Medical Alert:
Please inform your therapist if you are pregnant, are experiencing muscle or joint
pain, suffering from high blood pressure, are using Retin-A or other facial
medications or have had laser, plastic or other surgery recently.
Therapist Request:
You may request a specific therapist at our Davenport or Champions Gate,
Florida location or technician to perform your service in our day spa. Please
advise the Spa Concierge when booking your appointment.
Personal Belongings:
Upon check-in, robes and locker keys will be provided at your request for use
during your spa experience and assigned a locker for any personal belongings
you may have. We advise that you do not wear or bring valuables to the spa.
Products:
At Cenoté Day Spa in Davenport, Florida we use high quality products in all
of our treatments. We use products from Control Corrective Skin Care, Pure
Fiji Body Care, BleachBright Teeth Whitening, Footlogix Transformational
Footcare and CND Shellac Power Polish.
Cancellations:
You will receive a courtesy confirmation call, text or email of your reservation
prior to your arrival. Should you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation, a 24
hour advanced notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any
spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient
notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full
service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of
services. Spa parties are subject to terms of agreement of cancellations.
Late Arrivals:
Kindly note, we reserve your appointment time especially for you! If you are
running late, please call as soon as possible. If you happen to be running
more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full
service. In that case, we can offer you a short service at this time.
Age Policy:
Children under the age of 12 who are receiving services must have a parent or
guardian accompany and sign a consent form. For the safety and relaxation of
all of our guests, children not receiving services will not be permitted in the spa.
Walk-Ins:
We welcome all walk-ins but highly suggest making an appointment,
as we cannot guarantee availability.
