1. Hours and Booking

• Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Every appointment requires a credit or debit card on file. Online bookings require a deposit.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete your forms. We wait a maximum of 15 minutes for late arrivals; the service may be shortened to keep the next appointment on time and is charged in full. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is treated as a no-show.
• To cancel or reschedule an individual appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice (48 hours for spa packages, specials, spa parties and Private Steam Rituals). With less notice, or if you do not arrive (no-show), the deposit is applied and a charge of up to the full value of the services may be made to the card on file.
• To cancel your appointment, please call us at (863) 333-7262. Online, appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before; they cannot be cancelled online.
• Add-ons can only be added to a main service; they cannot be booked on their own.
• We do not serve clients who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

2. Spa Packages and Specials

• Spa packages and specials are prepaid in full (100%) and are non-refundable. Package appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice; cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows forfeit the service. Unused packages do not expire.
• Packages are not sold as e-gifts. To give a gift, we offer gift cards for a dollar amount, which do not expire.

3. Gratuity

A suggested gratuity of 20% will be presented at checkout. Gratuity is always optional and at your discretion.

4. Steam Room

• Every massage (except prenatal massage) includes 20 minutes of steam room, before or after the massage.
• Private Steam & Aromatherapy Ritual: $50 per person, for 1 to 4 people. Available Monday to Friday, 9:30–11:00 a.m. and 4:00–5:00 p.m. (not available on Saturdays). Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the steam room health form.
• Every person must sign the Steam Room Health Form and Release before using the steam room. The steam room is not available during pregnancy or after consuming alcohol or drugs.

5. Spa Parties

• Spa parties require a minimum of 3 people and are booked by phone only. Spa party pricing applies to groups of 3 or more guests. Each massage includes complimentary aromatherapy.
• Prices per person (50 minutes each): Swedish Massage with complimentary aromatherapy $100 · Deep Tissue Massage $115 · Cenote Facial $95 · Cenote Pedicure $50 · Gel Manicure $45 · Cenote Island Glow Body Scrub $125.
• Please book your spa party at least one week in advance. A 100% deposit is required to book. Spa parties have their own agreement.
• Payments are non-refundable; the spa party may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice and the payment is applied to the new date. If the group drops below 3 guests, regular prices apply.

6. Children and Minors

• Minnie Facial: for children 10 years old or younger, 15 minutes, $55. It is booked only through the Front Desk and only together with an adult’s service.
• Any service for a client under 18 requires the Minor Authorization signed by a parent or legal guardian, and an adult must stay at the spa during the service.

7. Your Health and Safety

• Please complete the Client Intake and Health Form and tell us about any change in your health. Some services require an additional consent (massage, facial and skin treatments, prenatal massage, steam room, teeth whitening).
• Cenote Day Spa offers only professional and therapeutic services. Inappropriate conduct ends the service immediately, with no refund.
• Cell phones and photos are not allowed in the treatment rooms.

8. Client Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your service, please tell the Front Desk before you leave, and we will book a correction appointment at no additional cost. We do not refund services already performed.
