Katelyn
Spa Owner
Katelyn takes pride in her Spa and staff knowing they have the skills and resources to satisfy even the pickiest clients. This 2006 Orange Technical College, in Winter Garden Florida, graduate currently sits on the board using her experience to help shape the curriculum for the future for both Facial Specialty and Nail Technical courses. Katelyn is a Florida native and lives in Davenport with her two fur babies. When she’s not relaxing her clients she enjoys traveling, the beach and scuba diving. Katelyn is a licensed Massage Therapist, Skin Care Specialist and Nail Technician. License #MA50662
Diane
Spa Director
Diane has been in the beauty industry for 23 years. She owned and operated her own Spa back in Massachusetts for 8 years. She has a passion for education while providing continuous training to the staff of Cenote. Diane currently sits on the Orange Technical College board using her experience to help shape the curriculum for the future. Diane is a Certified Skin Care Specialist and Certified Nail Technician.
Jasmine
Nail Technician | Skin Care Therapist | Brow Specialist | Manager
Jasmine began her journey beauty over 10 years ago. She specializes in Control Corrective Facials. Jasmine has always had a passion for skin care and loves introducing clients to Dermaplaning. Dermaplaning is a unique form of exfoliation which also removes “peach fuzz” resulting in extremely soft, makeup ready skin! Her favorite treatment is the hydro resurfacing facial.
Jamie
Licensed Massage Therapist – MA85360
Jamie is our full time receptionist at Bahama Bay. She is also a Massage therapist and can point you in the right direction on which massage to pick! I truly love massage. I have been a massage therapist for 14 years. Massage Therapy is more than a job, it is my joy and passion. I love helping people on their path to better physical and emotional health. The modalities I enjoy the most are gentle deep tissue, mindful relaxation and hot stone massage. Jamie is also a Skin Care Therapist. Her favorite treatment is our relaxing Swedish Massage.
Ally
Licensed Massage Therapist – MA99652
Ally is originally from Missouri where she graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology from Missouri Southern State University. She moved to Orlando and obtained her license in Massage Therapy from Central Florida School of Massage Therapy.
Her passion is to promote a healthy lifestyle by incorporating fitness, a well-balanced diet, and physical and mental relaxation. She loves to teach Zumba and take yoga classes on her free time, but also enjoy a lazy evening by the pool.
Ally was introduced to massage over 10 years ago, so she knew the profession fit her well. She loves Swedish massage and incorporating aromatherapy, CBD, and hot stones to her treatment. Ally is our current Lead Massage Therapist at the Champions Gate location.

Ruben is a professional massage therapist with experience in therapeutic, relaxing, deep tissue, hot stone, sports massage as well as trigger point therapy. He is also a physiotherapist with 20 years of experience in basic techniques for pain relief through manual therapy and PNF stretching.
Naomie
Nail Technician | Skin Care Therapist | Waxing Specialist
Naomie is perfect to enhance peace and calmness to any room. Naomie’s favorite Cenote treatment is the Brightening Vitamin C Facial. The Vitamin C Brightening Facial combines vitamin A ,C and E to promote an overall even skin complexion.
Lindsey
Microblading Specialist Champions Gate Location Only
Lindsey has been doing brows since 2016. During this time she has obtained several accreditations to offer and create different looks to suit each clients needs.
Lindsey currently specializes in machine microblading, powder brow, color corrections and saline removal.

Lauren has been a massage therapist for over 13 years and love helping people feel their best. She has also worked in a chiropractic office for four years. She decided to educate herself more in the industry and decided to become a licensed facial specialist. When she is not working, she enjoys reading, gardening and cooking. Heaven graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Ridge Technical Center Massage Therapy in 2003. She is both National Certified through the NCTMB and as well as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
Heaven enjoys working with clients who want that overall renewed sense of relaxation and relief through the power of touch.
Her passion in health, wellness & in the fitness community bring a positive self-awareness through the mind, body and spirit connection, thus recognizing each client is deserving of a tailored touch to their massage needs.

Full Specialist passionate about skin care, providing her clients quality spa treatments by helping improve the appearance of her clients skin. Aimees mission to build rewarding relationships with her clients and community by providing education, wellness, and superior services.
